My updated one star is for service from my experience. Anything carryout seems to often be put last. Food for drive thru is faster than food that was ordered ahead and promised to be ready at a certain time. For both pickup customers and pickup delivery it seems to be common to be put aside. Especially having multiple people wait over 20 minutes inside when they already ordered at home while drive thru is coming and going is crazy. I ordered online. I was told to come in because the drive-thru was not operating, but because I guess I had an online order, I was able to stay in the drive thru. I was literally the only person in the line and I waited about 20 minutes only for my food to look like this. This is unacceptable. I don’t mind waiting for my food but in return I would like it to be edible. It looks like they just slapped this together. It’s so disappointing. The price of the food keeps going...read full review
