Being a radio sales veteran and now part owner of a farm radio network, choosing a place to eat called The Broadcast Booth was a no-brainer! While I reviewed the menu before going and knew what I wanted to eat, I kept my expectations in check as this is a sports bar. But holy cow, was I surprised! The server told me that the food is all made from scratch, and that was clearly evident! My grilled salmon was fresh and spiced just right with a side of spicy pineapple salsa that paired...
I had the lasagna and thought it was very good. The problem was the draft beer. I tried two different beers, and both had the dirty beer line off-flavor. Which is a shame, because the they had a lot of beer on tap and the food was good. I was not willing to return and try different beers, for concern they were all going to taste like dirty beer line.
Our server was the greatest! She took such great care of our party! The food was delicious! The drinks were great also! All the staff were very welcoming and personable! We definitely be going back soon!
