Staff friendly and quick for the most part. We did see a lot of activity with staff going back and forth to the back room. Short staffed on a Sunday, most likely... still, staff managed to get our drinks in a timely manner.
Decent place to hang out. Tables are never clean, even though there are hardly any customers there. Would have given four stars for ambiance - the music is good - but they removed the comfy chairs :(Customers can no longer doctor their own coffee/tea at a station, you have to ask for everything you want (sugar, cream) and when asking for sugar, I got one whole packet ?.
They are all always friendly and helpful. I love when I struggle deciding and they're so patient and may even suggest something. The food is best served here compared to any other branches. They have milk alternatives and no sugar options perfect for everyone. I wish they'd always have jalapeno cheddar bagels because those are my most favorite ones.
