This particular Culver's was very disappointing. Twice I had to correct them on what I was ordering. Also they charged me for the peanut butter that I add to my chocolate shakes (usually the first two add-ins are free) , and they didn't offer any ketchup or salt for my fries.
Culver's in Allendale consistently delivers a fantastic dining experience. The food is always fresh and flavorful, from their signature ButterBurgers to their delicious frozen custard. The service is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is clean and inviting.
I especially appreciate the attention to detail. It's a great place to enjoy a casual meal with family and friends.

Update: the service is still fairly quick here. But the burger I got today was dry and cold. Tasted like it was definitely not made fresh. However the craziest part about the experience here is the prices and portion sizes. Their new specialty burger is almost $10 just for the sandwich. This is going to contribute to me not coming back.
