First, the good: I was issued a free any-size beverage coupon for my trouble. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation!Second, the bad: My iced coffee was contaminated with what I believe to be quaternary ammonium sanitizer. Not only were they goofing off, with the drive thru worker having whip cream all over this face. At the window I ordered all blueberry glazed donut holes for my refill in my halloween bucket, i said if they couldn't do all blueberry, they could throw in some chocolate glazed. they handed me the bucket and it's filled with regular glazed, sprinkle glazed and like 3 chocolate and 3 blueberry. If I would've known I was going to be given assorted i would not of wanted the donuts.

Even at six in the morning, when their supply should be at top stock, they still tend to run out of food very quickly. Unacceptable! I live right down the street from here, and haven't even been in a couple of years, because the trend is always the same. It's also time to take the coldstone sign down, because they don't even have ice cream anymore!
