Quit answering their phones by 8pm …. I drove over & after opening the unlocked door at only 8:17 pm was impolitely told “no more orders being taken.”
8:17??? Really?? EXCELLENT customer service.
I ordered two pizzas and two bread sticks on the app last Monday at 6:07 pm. As of 7:30 pm I had not received my food yet. (I'm assuming) the manager Dom, came out and asked if any of the 10+ people waiting wanted a refund. When I said I did he refused to give me a refund because I ordered on the app. When I asked how to get a refund then because there is no option on the app to cancel or refund an order he got cocky and said "I wouldn't know, I've never used the app a day in...read full review
