Three out of the last four times I've gotten coffee from this location, it's been wrong. Twice, when I've asked to have it corrected, I either get looked at like I have two heads or I get argued with. Their track record is definitely better with cold drinks than hot coffees.
The worker at this location was extremely rude. She kept barking at me to speak up since I was wearing a mask. I showed her a picture of the ingredients for my drink but the worker insisted I read it aloud and continued to yell at me to speak up. As a result, my drink was missing half the ingredients and literally tasted like chocolate syrup mixed with coffee. I'm very disappointed in the attitude of this worker and her lack of attention to getting the order correct.

I always try to order ahead and they still mess my order. They won't do it as requested, and I don't customize a lot, just asking no whipped cream and they'll add it anyways. They are not very friendly. I've tried different times so it is not related to rush hour, they probably don't pay much attention.
