We like Big Boy very much, but this one is lacking. I think it was because I was overcharged. We ate breakfast twice there. We stayed at the horrific hotel next door and they had $5 coupon for "free" breakfast. The weekend breakfast bar was $9.99 -- it was ok. You can order off the menu, and get a hearty breakfast for $6 - $7. Very friendly wait staff but I don't think the kitchen could keep up. My dinner of chicken strips was lukewarm and my son's pancakes were burned. We had to wait a long time for my husband's second helping of unlimited pasta. (Maybe the wait was unlimited?) I did enjoy the 80's music on the overhead speakers.
This Big Boy is now called Pipers. Very nice little bar area, cute little fountain and outside patio. Food was great!! Service of the waitress was a little off putting. The Reuben sandwich is awesome!!
