Most spacious and atmospherically pleasing Biggby I have ever visited! Lots of natural light and different spaces to sit in to quietly work, read, or meet with someone (including outdoor seating!). It was nice that the music wasn't blasting too loudly (different than other Biggby locations I've experienced). Coffee and baked goods were quality! Friendly and fast service when I visited.
I’ve pretty much been a daily customer at this location for about a year. The food and drinks are usually good, hence why I keep coming back. But unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing and frustrating. In general there’s only been one employee who responds when given thanks, tells customers to have a good day, and actually interacts like a normal functioning human being but one employee specifically who often wears the bandana...
Sadly the previous owner sold the Alma location and the amazing staff that was there at the time of my previous review are gone. They are all greatly missed as the service is no longer up to par as it once was.
