There is consistency built into this business. With an expected experience and quality I think one could find it difficult to find exceptionality; however, I found it in Alma Michigan McDonald’s thanks to the employees. The staff helped me with a situation I consider outside the scope of normal. i think human decency is hard to find in public more than once before. Anyways, more than the burgers and nuggs at this McDonalds. Thanks Ash and Manager. —RWB

They have a great employee there, her name is Fran or Franny. Always willing to help and she is always always always so friendly and nice. Just a sweet person that Fran is!! Stop in and see her she is usually there in the morning!!

Overall a good McDonald's to visit.
The staff were friendly and efficient, the main dining areas were clean as was the restroom. Being one with gluten issues personally I did not eat there; however my kids thought there meals tasted great!
Parking: Good open parking towards the front and back of building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap locations adjacent the door.
