I ordered at the drive through today. I asked if they had baked potatoes available, she said yes. I said I needed one with sour cream and chives, and another one with cheese. Also 2 large chili’s. Received the chilis and a baked potato with chives, no sour cream in the bag. Saw the cheese on what I assumed was a potato. Drove home, a 20 minutes drive. The last 3 times I've been there, the oven has been "broken" and they NEVER have biscuits for the Honey Chicken Biscuit sandwiches. Always offer it on a croissant or an English muffin. They've also changed their chicken and it taste more like a chicken patty than chicken breast. It's disgusting. The quality of food has gone way down. The customer service is lacking also. The workers are more concerned with horse playing around with one another than they are about waiting on customers...read full review
I asked if they could sub a sauce. They said yes, so I ordered the item sun honey mustard. Wait for my wrap, leave just to find out it’s got ranch on it. I would of just ordered it without sauce instead.
