The cashier definitely did not know what she was doing. She messed up my friend's order and added additional items and when she had to get the manager to remove them he made a snarky comment about how customers should stop changing their minds. The coffee was terrible and they also gave me a medium drink instead of a large. Honestly just terrible service. The place is a mess as well. Paper towel sitting out in the bathroom and the dispenser is open. Gross, bad service, and mediocre food even for Wendy's. Don't eat here.

It took over 40 minutes for Frys. When I said I wanted a refund because the food was cold. The worker claimed she was gonna refund the full bill. She then told me to take the food and shed refund me. I made it home with nowhere near the full price of my bill (yes I know I should've checked in store). I called three times and they answered each time only to put my phone on the counter. I could hear them talking and packing bags. The manager claimed they were hanging up because my nambwr came through spam but I could hear her calling out her orders. 20 minutes I sat waiting for an answer. Never ever order or eat here this is the second time the service has treated me as trash.

Apparently it is common practice for Wendy's to hire incompetency. I recently moved here and my original town's Wendy's had some horrible habits that have clearly become general practice. I have worked in fast food, deli, and restaurants, it is unacceptable to give someone half their order that they've paid for not to mention the custom sandwich was not made how it was ordered and the lettuce looked like it sat on the floor for a month. I would not make a review that comes off as this harsh if it was the first time it has happened. I remember when Wendy's food was really good, I don't know if there is new quality control around here or district manager that just doesn't care.Suffice to say I am not ordering from the restaurant again.

Stopped by Wendy's for dinner on 12/20/23. The guy behind the counter is hustling, personable, communicating well with customers, composed, and even apologizing to me for the delay when I'd only been waiting.about 90 seconds. No need to. You could tell that the crew was moving as fast as they could too.? Food was good, restraunt is clean, and it was an excellent experience overall. Have no issue returning.
