The last 3 times I've been there, the oven has been "broken" and they NEVER have biscuits for the Honey Chicken Biscuit sandwiches. Always offer it on a croissant or an English muffin. They've also changed their chicken and it taste more like a chicken patty than chicken breast. It's disgusting. The quality of food has gone way down. The customer service is lacking also. The workers are more concerned with horse playing around with one another than they are about waiting on customers...read full review
Be specific when you ask for ketchup and packets or napkins. When you order six meals and ask for ketchup and napkins and get three packs of ketchup and two napkins, someone needs to pay more attention.
Wendy's was a solid experience. The food was decent and I have no complaints. Everything was cooked fresh, which was definitely a plus. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick, freshly made meal.
