I will start off by saying I sent in an online request to be contacted but wasn't, also sent a message thru their Facebook page, which wasn't responded to.
Went there a few weeks ago. Waited an EXTRA 35 minutes after the estimated 25 min they quoted me online. In the timeframe I was sitting in the restaurant, 2 other patrons walked in and were ignored for like 5-10 min!
When I finally got my food, the breadsticks were hard as a rock and overcooked by about 20 mins. The takeout container was FULL of butter, which usually I don't mind, but the breadsticks were so hard, they didn't soak up a single ounce of it, so the butter was ALL OVER the place on the boxes, my car, etc.
My pizza, however, was the opposite and was so raw I could make bubbles in the dough with my fingers. What kind of idiots do you have working there, and that's as nice as I can be..... I want a full refund for my order. This kind of service is horrible. Please contact me about this.

Their pizza is very good. We have tried a few different pizzas. The Smokehouse Mac and Cheese pizza is amazing! The staff is friendly and try to get orders done in a timely manner.

Top 5 pizza I've had in my lifetime. Staff are very friendly. I would say it's on the more expensive side, but everything is now.
Ordered delivery. Was supposed to be 20 minutes. An hour and half later and three phone calls we got our less than desirable pizza. I'll pass. Not worth it. Going back to JJ'S. Much better.

Cashier was super rude and wouldn’t raise her voice for us to hear her clearly, grumpy look on her face seemed like she wanted us to leave. And it took her 45 minutes to take 3 orders when we were the only customers there. Then when we actually got out food it was set on the counter and she walked away. The food was soggy and messy. Don’t recommend
