LOVE Biggby! Tons of drink options. I just wish they had online ordering like Starbucks. It would make life easier at times. **UPDATE** This ended up happening again and therefore I was put in touch with the regional manager Emily. She did apologize for the service I had received. Like I stated it was a petty complaint, but at $7 a drink it should be made as shown. I was not looking to get anything out of it, I just wanted the problem addressed and corrected. She did however offer me some free drinks, which were all made correctly. Thank you Emily for caring about your customers and making things right. It is very appreciated.
**EDIT**: I'm giving a bad review so that hopefully this gets to the right person. I've been a faithful Biggby customer. I have recently cut back due to cost and started making lattes at home, but will treat myself 1 or 2x a week as I was going almost everyday. The last 3x I have gone I have not gotten the garnish on top. I always say hot with whipped cream. The first sip is always best with the whipped cream, flavored sauce and coffee. First time I just thought maybe they forgot. 2nd time I was upset, 3rd time in a row and I'm about to call it quits. I purchased the new red velvet and there was no sauce or chocolate chips/shavings. Not to sound rude but if I'm paying almost $7 for a latte I want it made correctly as shown! It happened at the location by meijer x1 and the hospital x2. I know just believe it's laziness as the last 2x I was the only 1 in line. PLEASE CORRECT THIS, as we deserve what we pay for. I did take pics the last 2 times this happened.

Showed up 10 Mins to open and they can't take my order. If I didn't have two babies under 2 in the car I'd walk across the parking lot to Starbucks. Can't go through either drive thru because I have a trailer. The girls, Bella and Fiona were extremely rude.

I came to this location and ordered a BoBa drink. It was horrible, completely horrible and so so sour. When my husband told the lady I didn’t want that because of how horrible it is. The girl took the drink, didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. Closed the window. And my husband had to ask for another drink which is charged $8 something for. I don’t expect anything for free. I do expect to be treated kind and respectful. And they could have given me a discount or something… I won’t be back!!

So I go to this coffee shop damn near every day, and today I was not impressed with the service. I go here because of the convenience, and honestly spend way too much money. I get specialty drinks because I figure I'm paying for it anyway, so I might as well get something different. I spend over $6 almost every day for a drink, and sometimes twice a day. Today, the barista handed me my drink knowing it was all over the cup. I don't think I need to tell anyone I was not impressed, because she didn't even try to wipe it off or give me a napkin.
