So I go to this coffee shop damn near every day, and today I was not impressed with the service. I go here because of the convenience, and honestly spend way too much money. **UPDATE**
This ended up happening again and therefore I was put in touch with the regional manager Emily. She did apologize for the service I had received. Like I stated it was a petty complaint, but at $7 a drink it should be made as shown. I was not looking to get anything out of it, I just wanted the problem addressed and corrected....
