We don’t normally order from Doninos much at all but decided that tonight we wanted some pizza and wings and when we got the food home, the pizza had been almost burnt, the one order of wings wasn’t what we ordered at all, it was like some popcorn chicken and a bunch of small pieces at that, then the other order of wings were supposed to have sauce on it and instead came plain without any sauce at all. So I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about how we weren’t happy with our entire order and she apologized and helped make things right. Super nice lady and she gave awesome customer service. We plan to give the place another shot and hope for the best.

I've never seen them disrespect their customers the way they treat their customers is uncalled for I will never come there again I'm just going to take my business to hungry Howie's now after this and I I like Domino's I will never come back to this place again you don't treat people the way you don't talk to them there's no reason for it

Hit or miss last time I was there my pizza was half crust have toppings with barely any cheese My spinach cheese bread had maybe four pieces of spinach and a sprinkle of cheese and the price for a specialty pizza and the stuffed bread isnt cheap

My pizza is always great but I order cinnamon twist every time I order which is at least 1 time If not 2 times a week, every time I ask for LOTS OF SUGAR AND CINNAMON AND THIS TIME IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! Hardly any sugar or cinnamon…So disappointing and I don’t know if I will order again…

This is my dominoes from my hometown so I know it well enough and yah it’s not great! When it was new the food was very good but over the years it’s dwindled. We have had many pizzas that were cold or too crunchy or were just plain bad. Go to somewhere else if you want good pizza.

I placed an order online, and the web page told me that as long as I placed the order before midnight, that I'd still get it. The woman working that night did not feel like making the pizza and closed the store early, cancelling my order.

The driver didn't have enough change,she didn't bring our two litter of coke and when she brought it back she just left it on the porch not knocking to let us know and getting out of giving me the rest of my change. When the store was called to report this expecting our change along with our pop the worker was snotty and rude. She stated that our workers only carried fifteen dollars at all times and when I stated that I usually pay with a fifty or a hundred and always get my change back she snorted and laughed and just restarted they don't carry more then fifteen in change! When I had just stated they usually do. I got no apologies for it or for or I am sorry. I will still order from Domino's but will have to make sure they have the change when I call my order in. I won't give up my pizza from dominos but, I expect to have better service in the future. My phone order was around four pm on March 21st of 2023 @ the Alpena store in Michigan. Great pizza and poor service.
