Scoops is an Alpena staple. The service is so well organized that I wish all ice cream shops would follow suit! Recommend the chocolate dipped waffle cones, smores ice cream, and the peanut butter brownie ice cream!
Visited Aplena for 2 nights and came here both nights to try something different. Great ice cream and good service. There was a line but it went quickly. The ice cream was good and they make their own waffle cones in house.
We were driving through Alpena, on our way home from camping further north. I'm so happy we stopped!They make their own waffle cones! You can have one dipped in chocolate for an extra fee! It was so delicious, and very affordable!
