6:30pm and the buffet was all but empty. There was no help there so the owner was trying to do everything. Food that was there was cold and the cold shrimp smelled bad. Brought attention to it and got a look of I don't care. Stood at the register for 7 minutes to pay before the same person came over. Paid $32 for both of us to get an upset stomach...should have just left. Would not go back and would rather starve

I'm not sure how they have high reviews. The buffet was awful. The soups were flavorless. The only thing pleasant was the waitress. I would've rather gone to China Buffet. Too bad it was Monday. It's a waste of money and a poor attempt at decent food. Why would I try anything else if they couldn't do a simple buffet right?

We both got the buffet: The fried rice had water pooled in the saran wrap. The pork was tough; the sesame chicken had more dough than chicken. The wantons were very minimally filled and greasy. I did like the beef and broccoli, however the soggy rice ruined that. Service was good, but the food was not worth the $12 per person cost for the buffet. I haven't been here in a long time; this is not the Hunan I remember.

Really disappointed. I'm not sure why Hunan went so downhill. We were there over the weekend and had the buffet. The rice was not cooked, the rest of the food not warm and slim pickins, the egg drop soup had absolutely no flavor. For paying $12/person for buffet we barely ate any of the food!

Not sure what has happened to this place...it use to be great! Now...it's get in eat get out...and the food quality has went so far downhill it isn't worth going back again. If it is going to be your first time eating there...be cautious!

All you can eat bar looked poorly stocked. Takeout food did not seem freshly made.
Food was ok, but we are used to east coast Chinese which is really good. I appreciated them checking on the oyster sauce situation as i am allergic. The veggie lo mein and rice was pretty good, but the buffet didnt have a lot of choices.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Went to the buffet with my kids around 6 pm, and almost half the trays were empty and never got refilled during our whole time there, and there was only 1 other couple eating. What was there tasted terrible, teriyaki chicken was like an over sweetened sweet and sour sauce, broccoli beef had maybe 2 pieces of beef and the broccoli somehow was dryer then sawdust, Chinese doughnuts were super hard and had probably been sitting under the heat lamp all day and the water tasted like it was filtered thru a dirty sock. Overall, worst place I think I've even eaten, oh, and the black mold all over the walls where they hang their "awards" is super reassuring of how clean the rest of the building probably is.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef with shrimp. They were take out meals with an order of the rangoons. Everything was warmed up reused leftovers. The rangoons were stale and chewy like they were from days ago. The chicken had mushy spots all over it like it was reheated as well and the sweet and sour sauce had a tiny piece of breaded chicken in it like it was also reused. I think they serve leftover days old food from the buffet. If you’re going to serve food at least make sure it’s fresh! As a customer we can tell when it’s food from days ago. Also our lunch order was over $30 for just 2 meals and Rangoons. We were disgusted with the old food and what a waste of money. My mom and I won’t be coming back.

I ordered my meal which was very bland my husband ate from the buffet which was a big mistake. He became extremely ill shortly after getting home and began projectile vomiting. Waste of money and won’t go back again. After he got all the food out he felt much better.
