Definitely different, not necessarily bad different though. Sweet & Sour sauce very different, thin and runny. Teriyaki chicken was good, egg drop soup was very salty but good otherwise. I came at a poor time for buffet at 1:30pm just before closing for afternoon.
Can't remember the name of the dish I ordered, but it was a combination of chicken and shrimp. The shrimp was better than the fried chicken. Next time I will get shrimp only.The waitress was very efficient and friendly.
Food was great, Waitress was new but doing her best. Definitely better then it was the last time I was here 4 years ago. Food is fresh and clean and you can tell by the look and the taste. Definitely coming here more often.
