I have been a regular customer for a couple months now and usually get the tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread. Well today the tuna was not the best and appears to have been missing the mayonnaise The tuna was not mashed or separated either, still chunky out of the can. Totally disappointed and what a let down. I will not be frequenting for a little while. Preparer needs to know how to make better tuna salad
The food was on par with any other Jimmy John's. We got our subs freaky fast and everything tasted great. Service was lacking, kinda rude actually. Not sure if it was just that day or what. 1st time visiting this location.
