Tuesday special, well it's not for the Customer/ Supposed to get 4 Thighs and 4 drumsticks. But all 4 drumsticks of mine were super small. When talked to the Mgt. He said he couldn't care less or that the size was that small. Or could he promise, cause shipping prevents him from ensuring smalls or big size drumsticks. His mental state was very bad for Mgt. You can tell he did not care about correcing the problem. Well they lost a customer , and he didn't care about either. Who ever owns this KFC, should get a lesson from the owner of the Oscoda. KFC.....

I usually avoid fast food but gf wanted chicken...so happened to see a KFC sign soooooo...Didn't do the drive thru, went inside....Absolutely outstanding service...clean....and this place was FAST!! won't hesitate to go back!

Stopped in tonight and Eileen took my order has the worst attitude that I’ve ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. Rude for no reason .

Eileen Is a very rude server.She doesn't say thank you.She could care less if your order is thrown on the plate or if the chicken is cold, she has an attitude that is totally unacceptable for serving customers.While I was there 4 other people complained about her horrible attitude.She needs to find another job that she likes.It is one hundred percent obvious that she does not like her job. I will never ever go in that KFC again. She just cost you guys a good customer. The date I was there was July 13th 2024 at 12:00.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered an original breast and drumstick and they gave me a breast and a wing...they can't follow instructions...I called them on the phone and the guy that answered claimed to be the manager and just made excuses instead of offering a solution...very disappointed july 30th 2024 about 4:45pm...I will probably choose a different place next time...

Despite me being very pleasant, the male drive thru rep was very nasty and short with me. Also, apparently you can't order a large fry with a chicken sandwich. Some bizarre calculus going on here.
This would be a great pleasant place if the staff would smile. They give me the impression I'm lucky they're there. They're not very friendly or welcoming.

Think it must be a new worker. Chicken is soggy and covered in grease half the time i order it. Never used to be an issue. Not a pleasant meal

We got a bucket of chicken and also some tenders I have about a 20 minute drive everything was still nice and warm and it was very good. The girls at the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable it was a great trip all the way around. Would definitely go back.
Parking: Free parking and also handicap spots. Plenty of parking spaces
