Order the 10 piece chicken dinner on Tuesday got home and ended up with four drumsticks and four thighs these people can't count to 10 I do not recommend.

Ordered 2 meals. Went to fill up pop, no ice in whole building. Nobody said anything when ordering. Pretty crappy to eat meal with warm pop. Won’t be coming back

I would give zero stars if I could based on the customer service alone. The blonde working the window acted like we were an inconvenience just taking our order and handing us our food. This isn't the first time she has acted this way and this is the last time I will be back.

My husband and I went through the drive through after I had a medical procedure today. The food has always been good, but the customer service experience gets worse every time we go there. To say the girl that took our order and handed us our food was unfriendly was an understatement. She seemed super annoyed that we were even there, couldn’t even muster the energy to pretend like she wanted us to be there, and when we pulled up to grab our food, she just handed it to us without a word at all, just kinda giving us that creepy GenZ stare thing that they do. Being in customer service myself, it really rubs me the wrong way when I see this at other places of business, like we’re inconveniencing you by just being there. Ugh.

I haven't had KFC in years. It was really good. Next time I'm not only just getting chicken I'm getting mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits. It was expensive but still less than going to a restaurant
Tuesday special, well it's not for the Customer/ Supposed to get 4 Thighs and 4 drumsticks. But all 4 drumsticks of mine were super small. When talked to the Mgt. He said he couldn't care less or that the size was that small. Or could he promise, cause shipping prevents him from ensuring smalls or big size drumsticks. His mental state was very bad for Mgt. You can tell he did not care about correcing the problem. Well they lost a customer , and he didn't care about either. Who ever owns this KFC, should get a lesson from the owner of the Oscoda. KFC.....

I usually avoid fast food but gf wanted chicken...so happened to see a KFC sign soooooo...Didn't do the drive thru, went inside....Absolutely outstanding service...clean....and this place was FAST!! won't hesitate to go back!
