Second time ordering and also comments from family and friends. Ordered online yesterday and my order got done 20 min earlier than I put in the app. Couldn’t pick up at that earlier than requested time so my order sat in the warmer. The pizza was leather dry and appeared to have a premade crust, the cheese bread was so dry we couldn’t eat it but the grinder was good. I will not order from the app again!!!!!

We had a $90 dollar order, for dine in. I even tiped 25% and had to send back one sandwich 3 times. Each time it was brought out to us wrong. Two other sandwiches were missing the banana peppers. While we waited the manager was apologizing to other customers for their wait and offered them cookies for their wait. Tables were dirty when we walked in and becauseof the tables being dirty none of us dared to use the restroom. It looked like they had 5 or 6 people working in the kitchen. So I'm not understanding how or why it was so complicated to make this one sandwich. After the second send back the manager should have jumped in the kitchen and made the sandwich to insure customer happiness, was literally just meat and cheese. So we made a complaint got a little bit of are money back. Got are little bit of money back asked for the sandwich to be in a to go box. Just to get home to find it was STILL MADE WRONG, looked like they picked the lettuce off but missed some of it. If these are the kinda of people Mancino's is going to have working there. Then you can already guess where that's going.

Not sure what's up with this place recently but I won't be eating here again for quite some time. Every time we order from here it's something. Italian bread sticks with the consistency of mashed potatoes, questionable food quality and last night noodles from pasta that are turning black, photos to follow. I mean, not sure if the staff needs better training or if the owners need to implement better food quality standards. The point of this is, someone is going to get sick. You're supposed to be able to trust the people who make your food, especially in a small town with limited options. If you don't care about the people you serve then find a different career path, or start an online business if it's the owners fault. We are done with Mancino's for now and I guarantee you you're losing business from more than just us at this point because there's a house full of people from different households who are all complaining about the same things I'm posting about right now. We ordered online, wasn't sure what size pizza I was going to get with the family sampler. Totally pleased! Large 3 item pizza, garlic cheese bread and 1/2 club grinder. It all looked and tasted amazing! This was a Saturday night opening gun season weekend, ordered at 6:30 pm it was ready for pickup at 7:15! They were so busy and still got my order perfect! Thank you mancinos crew! FYI we watched you hustling through the windows! Good job y'all

Placed an order for 645. Got a text it was done at 609. Called they said it wasn't done and thats what happenswhen the kitchen accepts the order. It obviously was done and just under a warmer. Cold by the time it got here, less then a 5 minute drive. It should of been hot still.
Ordered ahead at 12:30 in the afternoon for 5:00 PM. Called for an update at 5:05 and was told all of their drivers were out and it would take another 25-30 minutes before it would be delivered. I asked why my food would be sitting and waiting for 30 minutes before being delivered and they said the warming ovens would keep it warm. Why order 4 1/2 hours ahead if it won’t be ready for over a 1/2 hour after the requested time.

I realized as I ate my perfect salad, made to order with a few special requests, that this is the only restaurant in Alpena where I'm always happy with my order! Whether dine-in, pick-up or delivery - Mancino's doesn't disappoint! Whatever you guys are doing, keep doing it! Oh - and the delivery driver during weekdays is phenomenal! He's always friendly.
