We just left McDonald's with only our partial order. Having to park and wait was fine. When the girl brought out order to tge car I asked her politely to check the contents of the bag to I sure our full order was there as the previous week part of our order was missing (my fault since I refused a receipt to double check). The girl refused to look I see saying that were busy and she didn't have time and walked away. My son and I both checked and finding one part of the order not included drove through the line again. Reporting the problem the same girl told me twice she had packed our order and knew she filled the order. I showed her the order slop thar was attached to the bag and asked her check the bag. Rudely, she told me , I'm not going through the bag. We're done giving out free food." I told her I didn't want free food, just the rest of my order. She again told me that weren't giving away free food. Mistakes happen but we had the order slip. Her attitude was not that of any McDonald's employee I've ever, in 50 years,experienced.

Not only did I receive not my order, the order listed on the bag wasn’t even correct. So not only was my order wrong, but so was the guy infront or behind me.. which there was nobody behind or infront of me , so I’m still confused on how that even happened. When I called for a refund as this McDonald’s is on the way to nothing except out of town.. 20 minutes down the road the “manager” says my food is still sitting there and I can come get it, and no refund will be given.. Drive to Gaylord to get your McDonald’s, I’m not even joking, it’ll be a better experience.

Very rude! Went through the drive thru and the lady was extremely rude, even when she took our money. I had ordered an ICED coffee and they gave me the coffee with NO ice at all. Then when I asked for a cup of ice, it was like I asked for a huge task. Totally disappointed. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else!!

Wanted at the counter for a 20 minute no one even acknowledged I was there. I realized they were short-handed. But when they look right at me and not say someone will be with you in a moment to even acknowledge that I'm there that's bad service. When I did get some help I wanted to get some gift cards and they couldn't figure out how to run the cash register I believe he was the manager.

My daughter got half way through a mc chicken and it was raw, it was just pink goo, they are going to kill people, the management needs to check on the cooks. Check you food if your ordering from this McDonald's
