The person at the front was new but was friendly and patient. McDonald's is McDonald's, but props to management for hiring and training their staff. Genuine customer service is a rarity at many fastfood chains. Made up for what was an average McDonald's visit.
Stopped in on a Saturday evening and was the only customer it was around 8 pm. I ended up waiting a bit in the drive thru with my mobile order. The food was sloppy, and the fries were old. The nuggets were stale. I was surprised they were since I sat and waited for a while as they prepared things. I'll pass on this location next time I'm in the area.
Planned on eating in but there was no air conditioning. We joked with the kid at the counter if he was okay, because it had to be 90 degrees in there. He didn't really say anything, but another customer said the AC has been out for a year! I certainly hope that's not true and I can't believe McDonald's corporate would allow such a thing. I also hope the employee making my burger didn't sweat into it!
