“Last time I ordered from here I did a mobile pickup order. When I arrived to pick it up I could see my food on the counter but the doors were locked. I called the store and was told because of falling ceiling tiles they couldn't let customers in. I was told I had to get into the long line and pick up my order. After 40 minutes in line when I got to the speaker I told them I had a mobile order and that I did not want the food that was sitting on the counter for 40 minutes. When I got to the window I was given a bag with a wet bottom from the food that sat there. I asked for it to be remade and was told they wont remake it and I could go on the app and request a refund. I asked for the managers name and they said they cant give out names. This taco bell used to be amazing. I ate there multiple times a week. I will never be returning and I'm letting anyone I come across know how far down the drain this location has fallen.“
