I am from downstate and I think this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been going to them for years. I ordered a Venti mocha hot and it was perfect. Just the right amount of chocolate and no whipped cream just as I requested. The young lady that waited on me was very kind with a very big smile. This is the second time that I’ve been to the Starbucks and both experiences I would rate five. I cannot say anything about the atmosphere because I was in the drive-through window both times.

Always quick at this location plus food and drinks are consistent with other Starbucks. I never go to Starbucks for the atmosphere but this location is clean and the workers are friendly.

We stop at this Starbucks when we are in the area shopping and the coffee always tastes burnt and never sweet no matter what we order. I have been to several Starbucks and know what I like and this place just can't get it right. The drinks are expensive and I used to enjoy grabbing one now and then but after the pumpkin cold brews we got yesterday being so gross that I couldn't even drink it I don't think ill be returning.
