I had ordered a caramel macchiato I was disappointed because how it tastes we went back to see if I could get a refund or something, this nice lady said people get confused because they think the caramel macchiato is sweet when it's not. She made me a special latte instead and we had a nice conversation about it. overall gave me a nice view of the whole place ❤️ DEFINITELY returning
I have been in town for work for a few weeks now. I have bought a 5 shot venti white chocolate mocha, maybe 5×. Everyone of these has been like having no shots. Why aren't the baristas taught how to make these, or is this just the norm to rip the customer off? The prices keep going up, and the quality keeps going down. Typical!

This Starbucks is new to a fantastic town in Northern MI. We were treated with a friendly "welcome" when we entered. The baristas were friendly and helpful when we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. Our food was piping hot and delivered to our table quickly. The dining room tables were cleaned quickly as people vacated. This location is friendlier than average!
