Truly beyond annoyed at this point with this location. In order to get the correct order, you HAVE to go into the store and babysit the creation of your sandwich. I’ve placed many online orders over the years to this location and every single time, something is messed up.
This time, the drink was missing, the chips were incorrect, and the sub was toasted and I asked for it not to be.
The employees don’t care unless you’re hovering.
The Walmart location is much friendlier, and the food from there is ALWAYS better.

Horrible customer service, made sandwiches incorrectly on an online order, simply called no anger because it’s not a big deal but make it right, I know things happen and own up to your mess up instead of arguing with the customer, and then continues to say sir I don’t know what to tell you I know I made them right, as I’m reading the receipt, my manager is not here and out of town so I can’t help you, you can start Rebecca by taking my name and phone number and having the manager contact me. Instead of arguing with me over the phone. We order once a month from this location and will no longer be doing so we will take our company’s business to another location!

Constantly waiting 10+ minutes just to get a single sandwich made. The employees rather flap their jaws more instead of making orders. Even when it's busy there's always someone standing around doing nothing. The service has gone way down lately.
Also I've been seeing most of the employees handle the food, including making sandwiches, without actually washing their hands.

ONLINE ORDES HAVE GOTTEN SLOOOOW
Online orders have went from an average of taking 3-5 minutes to 20-35 minutes.
I waited 30 minutes today (20 minutes at the location) - the staff seemingly prioritized all in person orders over online orders.
Even after my order said “completed” in subway app for 8 minutes.
I have faced similar situations in the last few orders, but never with previous staff.

They have cut back significantly on the veggies on a sub! My daughter asked for extra pickles in a foot long and they gave her five. My 6 inch sub had 2 pickles 😬…
The two young girls seemingly have nice personalities, barely becoming of age hitting the workforce. I speak pretty loud and for some reason, a lack of communication became an issue. A couple dollars extra is not a problem with me but it could create problems with others.To save heartache from these young ladies working at subway. They should not be treated as warm bodies. Give them proper training. Or does the franchise owner not give a crap, cause it reflects on them!!! 😡
So I went there March 6 2025 and got a sub and it taste good but later I would regret next morging at 4 am I VOMITED TWICE BECAUSE I GOT FOOD POISONING AND IM ONLY 11 AND MY DAD ALSO GOT IT! THANK YOU!!!!!

Every time we ordered through app it was never correct. Finally had to quit ordering from there and started going to Subway in Walmart with no more issues.
