I've been to Poland and this is as close to the most authentic food that you can get. Our family comes up for a hockey tournament every year and we always make a point to stop here when we're up. I've ordered almost everything and don't think you can go wrong with any selection. In fact, we had a unique occurrence and the chef was kind enough and made us a dinner after having already closed down the kitchen. The waitress was very accommodating and couldn't have asked for better hospitality.

Food & Service was great!

Amazing food and super friendly, fast service. We had the golabki loaf, the chicken schnitzel, and both soups, as well as the toasted pretzel buns with beer cheese. Everything tasted fantastic and portions were big enough to take some home!

This is one of those hidden gems in northern Michigan. It's as authentic as it gets. And we enjoyed listening to the Polka radio station too. It's impossible to leave here hungry. It's all so good.

We had the pierogis and the chicken schnitzel. Both were very good. The waitress was GREAT! We got right in and didn’t wait long at all. I would highly recommend.

Food was delicious from start to finish. We drove from Petoskey and spent time at the pier and had a nice day trip. We had the dill cheese appetizer, chicken spritzel and pierogis. Would not hesitate to return, everything was great.

Everything on the menu sounded delicious. There were no losers. Whatever you choose you're going to like. Although we did not have an alcoholic beverage, it looked like they had some nice choices. Make it a point to stop in the next time you're up in Alpena area. You won't be disappointed.

This place exceeded our expectations by a mile! The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It takes a little while to get your food, but that's because they're in the back making your meal with love as you order it. And you will taste that love and attention as soon as you bite into it. The food will be much more than worth the wait to get it. This place is a 2hr drive from our home ...but we will be back.
