I've lived in Lowell for 10 years and only went here one time because the experience was terrible.
Waited with kids for a long time in a long line and the person ahead of me ordered food but when I tried to order they said no food, kitchen closed. Then they gave me the wrong ice cream after I double checked with them before taking it because cherry makes me sick. Never went back, don't recommend.
I went here at 4:50 for a baby twist and a large shake..about 10 people come and go with theirs..o just thought an ice cream machine was down or something.. finally my husband calls them at 5:10 because I’m with a screaming baby and they’re full of attitude and like “well maybe your WIFE should have come said something.” So I guess they want me to cut this mile long line and say where the heck is MINE!? We've been going to the ice cream Caboose since it first opened & now we bring our babies there! The Caboose always has great food, delicious treats, and wonderful staff! It's the perfect addition to our little community! 10/10 recommend!
