We want to thank Miriam and Aaron for creating a “Bustaurant” where those with gluten intolerance can safely dine, in addition to creating an establishment where everyone can enjoy delicious food made from high quality ingredients in a clean and inviting atmosphere with welcoming employees. It is evident that Miriam and Aaron take great pride in the food that they serve and the dining atmosphere they have created.

Wish I would have taken more pictures. The food was 10/10, they had a high chair, and the service was absolutely incredible (not to mention incredibly priced)! We did 6 different tacos between the two of us and split every one so we could try them all. Each one was unique and amazing! You can’t go wrong. The ONLY piece of feedback would be to try to get away from the bottled water, but I understand that was probably to minimize dishes. Everything else came in paper or compostable trays.

Excellent tacos, each one is very good with a good deal of variety, but I was pleasantly surprised by the sides (fries, falaffel) as well. The food also travels very well if you are interested in delivery. As somone with Celiac disease, the fact that this is the only dedicated gluten free restaurant in Ann Arbor is a lifesaver.

The owner and workers are so welcoming and nice, and I always get such amazing tacos here. The quality is incredibly high and they are always fresh and hot. The price is a bit high but I think it's definitely worth it, especially for a restaurant that is just starting out.Parking: There are a few parking spaces in the lot of this restaurant, which is really high for a location near downtown Ann Arbor.

Definitely go here atleast once! Its cute, staff is so friendly, love the ambience. It is on the expensive side for a taco but its also fusion tacos! Not your typical taco. The taco shells are not as soft to hold its shape but all tasted amazing! The ingredients tasted fresh, flavors were good, and all the meats were cooked very well. We really enjoyed the mango salsa they put on some of the tacos!

Sigh. I really wanted to like this place. I mean...it is so cute! Who wouldn't want to eat at a refurbished double decker bus! Truly, the vibes of this place can't be beat. The staff is very friendly, service was quick, it's in a good location near both downtown and the stadium. However...the problem is the food. It's just very average. Something that really bothers me is when a restaurant posts photos on their menu that don't match what the dish actually looks like. This was especially true for the two appetizers we ordered: the fries and the chips & salsa. Both of these dishes looked AMAZING in the pictures, but came out looking very disappointing and bland in reality. And they are both pretty expensive apps too, which would be fine if the quality weren't so low. Flavor-wise, these dishes would be fine...for half the price. The tacos were a mixed bag. I ordered the fish tacos and I wasn't a huge fan. The mango salsa tasted okay, but the fish itself was flavorless. Maybe it's just the time of year? (I went in the winter). But in that case, maybe fish tacos should be a seasonal dish because these ones weren't great. My sister ordered the falafel tacos and she loved them, and said she would definitely order again. Together, my sister and I spent over $50 on our meal. This is outrageous for a food truck, in my opinion. But again, if the flavor and quality were better, I would be okay with this price. However, as it stands, this place is just not worth the price.

We just got carry out for the first time and we are wondering why we waited so long. Delicious!!! We liked the tacos (falafel, fish, jerk chicken, Korean and Kentucky chicken). The chips were light and crispy. Yum!

A bustaurant in early winter...I was skeptical at first but it definitely was a great experience. Double Decker bus from across the pond, fully functional kitchen, service window, upper deck (currently enclosed for the winter) with lights and a heater. On the front lawn there is an enclosed eating area w/ a heater as well. If you are looking to have a roof over your head, you can step into the blue house behind the bus for a great dining experience as well. This area is very aesthetically pleasing, open and clean. We tried a variety of tacos as well as the chips n' queso and falafel. Our favorite tacos were the Korean Seoul and Kentucky Derby. While the price is more than you typically pay for a taco ($6), they are packed solid with flavor and goodness. It is definitely worth stopping out for some great food and the experience. The owners Aaron and Miriam were very welcoming and forthcoming on how this place came to be. This place is truly representative of these owners...stop in and check this place out!

Delicious specialty tacos in a fun and cool atmosphere. We had the Voyage to Atlantis (white fish) and Arabian Nights (falafel, goat cheese, honey balsamic, etc.) tacos Crazy quick service to take our order and get the tacos out. Nice and cozy and warm (with nice heaters) on top of the bus. We got the last few seats. The other seating areas look just as comfortable, though not elevated above... We'll be back with a group next time.

Really excited to have this place in the neighborhood. The covered double decker bus is a very cool place to sit. The tacos are big and have really interesting flavors. We loved the OMG Japanese chicken, Korean beef, and the falafel. The jerk chicken and normal fish tacos were a little less flavorful. The staff/owners are super nice!

This is a great spot and they have great tacos. I love the seating and atmosphere. The chips and quac were excellent. I especially like the Kentucky derby tacos and the buffalo sauce that was on them. I would have liked more sauce on them though. I also think that the tacos, while delicious, lack heat. I would expect a buffalo chicken taco, Korean style beef taco, or Caribbean jerk chicken taco to have some level of heat (or hot sauce available) but there was neither hot sauce or any heat to be found. It's not exactly Caribbean jerk without heat.Parking: There was plenty of parking when we went but the number of parking spots is very very small for this place as it shares with other businesses.
