It a nice location as they have just about everything.Unfortunately, I had to start going to a different one as the over night clerk has now put someone to block the door when she decides to go "on break"And gets an attitude when you go in.Was told to "hurry up" last night and then she refused service.Definitely won't be back there to inconvenience the clerk, I guess.

I like 7 Éleven stores but this particular location on Huron street the cashier was very agressive toward me plus very rude behavior. I went to buy a 7 dollar pizza display on the sign, so called cashier was going charged me $11:00 dollars then told me the sign was not her fault. I told her this was a clear case of Barth and switched a retail law. In the end I got pizza for 7 dollars but doesn’t excuse very rude behavior. I hope this get to the headquarters of 7Eleven because is pitiful behavior working as a professional.

I really like this 7/11. It’s very new and clean. They have hot food and a bunch of items stocked up well on the shelves. It’s also in the middle of central Ann Arbor and not far from campus. The door is never too crowded like the one on S. State street or S. Forest.

Absolutely ridiculous. The employee working the morning of 4/9 will not make the delivery order because he already cleaned. It’s 5:15 am. Why does he decide when he cooks or not? I have a delivery customer waiting for food who can’t have it because this guy decided he doesn’t want to cook.
I order Doordash delivery from here multiple times a week. They have hot food available for delivery 24 hours a day. And when I do pickup for myself (which is rare) it's always late at night and John is very helpful and always polite. He's a hard worker, I've seen it very busy in there and he gets the job done.
