Please bring back the guys with the cube on weekend nights! This was an aspect of character at the bar that we really valued, it made the place unique. Love the drinks and general atmosphere here but this has definitely kept me from coming back more often recently :/ Also miss the couch that used to sit near the entryway! Would’ve been 5 stars prior to that switch up!

Interior and service were fine, but violence from far-left activists posing as customers is common. Be aware, these activists like to target people who appear to be on their own, so use caution, for example, when going to the bathrooms (and of course these violent reactions are triggered based on the appearance/race/gender of the victim). Security staff also conduct themselves as far-left activists, so they'll only help if you appear to subscribe to their politics.
Had my motorcycle permit in my wallet and he questioned my ID and didn’t let me I because I tripped coming up a slanted step on the front door. Person at door hates his job and lowkey likes Ohio State.

Whats with the transients outside panhandling and blocking the entrance? Doorman can't be bothered standing up and taking out his airpod to clear the doorway of transients? Went around the corner to a bar that doesn't condone that and it was such a relief. I'm not supporting a business that condones rock smokers trying to intimidate me at the entryway.

I came here on a weeknight before it got loud/busy and had a great time. There is abundant comfortable seating, which makes it a perfect place for a drink and conversation, the staff was friendly, and the dive bar atmosphere is excellent.
