The Aloha BBQ mix is fantastic. Their BBQ chicken is some of my favorite chicken, the beef is amazing, and the ribs are delicious. I'm not normally a fan of macaroni salad but theirs is delicious and compliments the meats really well. Highly recommend.

The BEST sushi in Ann Arbor! I know their primary focus is Hawaiian BBQ but there is something about their sushi that is sooo good! I also love their macaroni salad and their rice is always cooked perfectly. I order food from here almost every week I swear ? it's that good. I always get their pulled pork and they also offer "mini" meals that are the perfect portion (especially if you're also ordering sushi ?). So glad I found this place.

The grilled meats were great. Everything else was not worth ordering. Definitely order curry sauce with it, things are quite dry.

I am so happy that I finally decided to try Aloha Hawaiian BBQ in Ann Arbor. I was born and raised in Hawaii, and I grew up eating everything on the plate lunch specials menu. I am skeptical of any establishment outside of Hawaii that advertises itself as "Hawaiian". It's like "Hawaiian" pizza - it's NOT Hawaiian at all. I ordered the Aloha BBQ Mix and the Chicken Katsu plates, and it was just like eating it at home (w/ 2 scoops rice). Not as good as my mom's recipes (is anything?) ;), but I will definitely be ordering from here again! The macaroni salad was good, very similar but not exactly what I am used to eating at home, but every restaurant has their own recipe; I ate it all! Everything was perfectly cooked and ono. You may want to update the picture on your website of the chicken katsu. The color of the katsu on the website does not do it justice. Another reviewer had a better representation of the darker and crispier looking coating. Thank you!
Great place for plate lunch and fried Spam musubi! The portions are big, the service is quick and accurate, and the food is well prepared! It's very similar to L&L & I'm so pleased that this restaurant exists in Michigan!
