? Like others have mentioned, the owner is a hardworking, energetic guy who feels more like a family friend than just another person making your food. He’s committed to quality and buys his chicken fresh from Dearborn, and it shows in the taste! I'm also a huge fan of the catfish. The lemon pepper seasoning he uses is zesty/salty, and the fries are a crispy, shoestring-style. Even when ordering takeout, he makes sure the packaging is vented just right, so everything stays fresh and crispy, no soggy mess here. He also keeps things affordable for students and all the food is Halal.

On top of that, if you're calling in an order, his time estimates are on point. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much care into value, taste, and affordability. My favorite fried chicken & fish place in A2, hands-down.

The chicken was cooked real well, right amount of fat, perfect temperature, but the seasoning was terrible. There was way too much salt on the chicken. The hot sauce didn't save it.

The cat fish was about as thick as a piece of paper. I liked the seasoning here but there was 0 fat on it and it was extremely dry because of it. There was very hard and crunchy breading as well because of how thin it was.

The prices are great, I wish if they would season it right and serve the right amount of cat fish!

The fries are pretty good as well, some were sweet and some were salty.

THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS!! Perfectly seasoned, fried amazingly. It is a very non forthcoming restaurant, but Abraham was extremely welcoming, recommending the catfish and cod (bet were perfect!) and was very quick too. I loved hearing him talk about his work and how happy he seemed doing it. I will always come here for fish and chicken. (Amazing fries too!!)

Whoever said this was the go to for anything must be great friends with the owner or never had God fried fish. Never mind the fact buddy couldn't fully understand English. The orange roughy lacked flavor and I asked for ketchup and buddy gave me a bag of tarter sauce. Nice guy
