Dont be fooled by 1-2 cars in line. Will take 20+ minutes each time minimum. This was fine for the last couple weeks because I love Arbys, but today I found two curly hairs in my food. Absolutely disgusted. Worst Arbys ive ever been too.

Ordered 2 BnC doubles and The Gobbler. The meat on all 3 sandwiches was sliced too thick. The BnCs were sloppily made, the cheese and red ranch were literally a puddle in the wrapper, the meat was all on one side of the bun so it slid off, and the bun looked like it wasn't even toasted so it became extremely soggy. The cobbler had no flavor and was extremely dry.
So Mad I spent $60.00 for garbage. Like I swear I have pictures they put juice boxes dripping with water on a Hot kids sandwichs tyo it was just mush. The chicken cordon bleu had Only skin & cheese on it Yes skin.. Called the store and the guy acting like he can't help me when their was Only 2 employees working they were Very slow not ONE person in there. Count your days Arby's cause you ain't doing hearing from me .

The young man that was preparing the food was so busy on his phone in the back that there were two orders waiting for carry out and he continued to touch his phone with his gloves on and then touched food

My party of five visited the store today June 16th 2025 at around 1:00 in the afternoon. The lady at the counter was very nice and very accommodating but the guy in the back making the food I didn't get his name but he has tattoos down his arms was extremely rude when we asked for our food to be made a certain way he was slamming stuff around like we were putting him out by asking him to serve us. His manager needs to have a discussion with him and let him know that if he can't be nice to people especially customers he does not need to be working in a customer service role. In addition to that the floor was extremely sticky and needed to be taken care of.
