This is a great location. They usually cook the pretzels well and don't make them too thin. My only complaint is that the price of these pretzels is wild. I expect those kind of prices if ordering them at a movie theater, but as just a quick hot food that price is a bit much. I'm thankful for the app having $1 off occasionally. Their staff here actually know about the app ordering and had my pretzel ready to go before I even walked in.

I visited the location that is in the Meijer on Ann Arbor saline road. I was waiting on Mr Darby. Mr. Darby was amazing. He was respectful, helpful, kind, and patient. He knew what I wanted and help walk me thru the menu. Thanks Mr. Darby!

Went to get some groceries this morning and my little guy asked if we could get some pretzels. The two gentlemen that worked there, father and son were so kind and patient with us. The father owns this location, and he went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend

I went in today, Sept 15, 2024, at approx 2:30-3pm. Like usual, they were out of mini pretzel dogs and other items. I was told it would be about 5 mins for them to be ready. I started eating them when I got in my car and noticed that the bread surrounding the mini dogs tasted chewier but didn’t think much of it. It was after I ate about 5 that it was even chewier and tasted wet that I looked to find out I had been eating raw dough and started to feel sick. I called the store and a female employee, the one who I recall making my order, answered the phone. She was unapologetic and simply said do you want us to remake them? I said that I am rushing home as I feel sick and that her response to the situation was poor as this is a safety concern. The line went silent and someone else answered the phone, her shift supervisor, who was apologetic and offered a refund. Again, I don’t need the $5 or so I spent on this, plus it would cost more in gas just to drive back there. I am now vomiting as a result of coming here and will never be return again.

I bought pretzel bites last week. There were three on top that were perfect, but the rest were burned. These little bits cost too much to have to throw them away. I had no choice but to toss them. Excellent service... I guess so. They knew they were burned.

Asked for pretzel dogs, they literally made the best pretzel dogs I have ever had. Unlike the one in the mall, they flipped them so they didn't burn on the bottom. Light, fluffy, even got me my blue raspberry lemonade when it was extra work. 5/5

I can’t say enough nice things about the people at this location. They are always friendly, fast, and the food is delicious. Shout out to the young lady working tonight who called me and baby over to say how cute my daughter is, she was so incredibly sweet. I will continue to stop and grab the classic pretzel and cheese dip to support this location as the people who work here are awesome.
