As a Turkish man living abroad, l missed the test of real authentic Turkish food. I saw Ayse Cafe on the map, and changed my route to try. I am glad l did, l felt like l am in my mother’s kitchen. Everything was very good and the place was very clean and cute. From now on it is my most favorite place in Ohio. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulously delicious restaurant! I have a soy and soy oil allergy and my dining guest had a gluten allergy - there were many delicious, fresh options from which to choose for both of us! Kudos to Ayse's!
Pretty good Turkish food. Not your typical Turkish doner. More of the homemade food. Owner is pleasant and the service is fantastic.

While the food was good, the server and owner possibly (?) were nice, and the atmosphere was quiet, the potions were extremely small. I should have taken a photo, but my lamb stew lasted for about 3 bites with only specks of ground lamb. (And that was the dinner portion!) My husband's meal was also very small. He got only 1 small pepper as the main entree for dolma. We both left hungry, though we spent a lot of money for the lunch (I think $60 altogether). It started with the soup side that was already small, and then came the main course which was even smaller. I thought that at least for the price, we would have received more food. If this place was more generous with their portion sizes, I think they would have much more guests eating there, and I would be one to line up again. But I can't bear to return to this restaurant due to the reasons stated.

The food was so delicious! I loved that it really tasted homemade with a delicious balance of flavours. I had the lentil soup and a borek. Both were perfect. I felt like I was going to a families house dinner. Thank you!

If you are in need of a home cooked meal please come to Aye's Cafe. My father loves meals that "stick to your stomach" Aye's is that and so much more. I got the lentil soup, lamb meatloaf in a spicy tomato sauce, and finished the meal with a Turkish coffee and chocolate cake. Everything was absolutely incredible. You can tell the care that goes into every dish. I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.
