Welcomed when walking into the store. This is my go to place for coffee! Their traditional Vietnamese iced coffee is to die for!

First time here because I noticed they had espresso. Got a simple americano with no cream or sweetener. I have never tasted americano like this before. Either they have dirty machines or they flat out have awful product. Would not come back. Customer service was slow for being the only person in the store with only one item to make. I have been to plenty of places locally, and this place is straight up bad for coffee products.

THE best bubble tea place in the Ann Arbor area! I’ve tried a lot of places but no one makes a Taro milk tea quite like them. Will continue to return, it’s soo good!

I love this location and the staff is AMAZING. I come here about twice a week and they never let me down. Be warned though if your not familiar with viatamise desserts and drinks you may not get what you are expecting. PLEASE ASK STAFF FOR HELP. I have seen so many people walk out disappointed due to lack of understanding of what they are asking for. Also it can get pricey so be prepared.

They stop taking drink orders 5 minutes before closing, which is fine, but the sass I got for coming in 15 minutes before closing today was unacceptable. The fruit smoothies are the best in town. 5 stars for that. But if you don’t want to make drinks at 7:45, close earlier or find employees who try to hide their disdain for the customer. Really unpleasant experience today.

Treated ourselves to Bambu drinks and maybe it’s because I have high standards for boba-related drinks, but I just didn’t enjoy them as much. The smashed avocado had an overly thick consistency and I personally think they could’ve used more condensed milk. The other drink was Bambu specialty (I believe) and it just wasn’t my favourite as well… if i were to come back, I’d try their desserts instead of drinks…
