Best Mexican food in ann arbor,Kanwar the owner was really kind and took care of us . The burrito and the loaded nachos were so good. My favorite was getting the shredded beef on the nachos and it was so juicy.

Everyone has their flavor, but I don’t think there’s a flavor in this place that isn’t perfection. Burrito - tender meat, finished with fresh toppings, and a fresh soft tortilla that melts in your mouth. Quesadilla - steak was absolutely tender cut, and flavorful, perfectly cooked with the quesadilla. Strawberry Margarita was amazing. Modelo on draft is like sipping heaven in a glass. From the atmosphere, and creatively decorated space, I really really enjoyed this place. The service felt like you were at your friends house just eating good food, and having a drink. I came here for my birthday, and it was an absolute hit. Definitely going to return to try more of their menu, and what they have to offer. Extremely satisfied.

Amazing food and outstanding service!! This was my first time here. Fili and Alyza were so friendly and helpful, offering suggestions from the menu. I got the Beef Burrito and Viral Chicken Quesidillas. Margaritas were delicious and generously poured. I will definitely be back!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waitstaff was good ..kitchen staff was fast. Tasty and perfectly seasoned, the decorations in the dining room were very colorful and interesting

My husband and I were spending the night in Ann Arbor prior to his cancer surgery the next morning. We love Mexican food and saw that this place was rated #1 for Mexican food in Ann Arbor. We snuggled into our booth to enjoy the evening. Disappointingly, our food that was average at best. My husband’s shredded beef burrito had perhaps a very scant half-cup of beef inside stuffed primarily with rice and beans. My beef taco was very dry and uninspiring. But this is where things got interesting. My husband pushed away his plate with perhaps 80% remaining. The owner – who had taken our order – appeared at our booth. We were sitting on one side together, as we often do. Mr. Sandhanwalia slipped into the booth across from us and began talking about his TripAdvisor rating. He looked suspiciously at me while he pondered out loud what kind of review I might give him. Then, he sat there and started talking about his reaction to negative reviews. My husband’s response was that he should just ignore negative reviews. That was insufficient. Instead, the proprietor read to us some of his responses to less than flattering reviews while also disparaging the customers who left them. Just for fun, here’s a sample, “You should go cry a river where the water level is low…”, “Whoops forgot your dumb..”, “Looks who’s talking.. moaning, about the queso Expense?? …. Where have you been hiding Fred Flinstone ?” After he finally left us, Mr. Sandhanwalia exclaimed loudly, “Where is everyone? This place is dead tonight!” This was not the food or the evening we had anticipated. In fact, I have eaten at one of the other Mexican restaurants in Ann Arbor and wish that we had returned there.

Terrible. Complete joke. Nickel and dime you for everything. 6.95 for a basket of chips that were terrible. Not sure how this place stays open. Never again!
