The food was fantastic. Four of us shared 4 different dishes. Prices were reasonable and we had leftovers.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area, all the food and ingredients are incredibly fresh and well seasoned. You can’t miss.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The food was mediocre, some dishes tasted like they were made from frozen ingredients rather than freshly prepared, which was confirmed by a person working there. What bothered me most was the service. One of the women servers (seems to be the owner?) was noticeably rude to our table and refilled water for every other group except ours. We were also the only people of color in the restaurant, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and disheartening. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the food and the fairness of service. We will not be returning and will go to many other better Himalayan places around.

Base Camp is always delicious. I have eaten here on a couple occasions and it is consistently impressive. Today I got the Non-Veg weekly lunch special for $12.50 and it did not disappoint. The veggies are spicy and tender, rice is cooked well, the Chicken Makhani was flavorful and is complimented well with the naan. The Dahl has a strong chicken broth flavor mixed with puréed chick pea and is a warm complement to the meal. I finished with Gulab Jamun and the provided chai tea both were sweet and comforting.
If you have not been here and you are passing through it is worth the stop.

I went there a few times with my Indian husband. The staff (maybe the owner?) were super friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were great. The portions were huge too. Highly recommend!

Saag panner was delicious but the naan seemed like toasted on a pan instead of coming out of Tandoor/oven.
I am assuming it could be because we were late for lunch dine-in but if it happens again then I may stop ordering.
Tibetan bread was amazing as well as their chow Mein! Best I ever had!

The food was good and there was nothing wrong with it, but it's not the best Indian food I have had personally. That being said the price and service were amazing and I will be back. I got enough food to feed myself for three meals for 25 dollars plus a tip.
