I’ve been coming here for years and always have a good experience.
Sure, sometimes it’s absolutely slammed and really busy, but the staff has always been nice which I really do appreciate and commend them for since I know working retail period can be tough, especially a place as crowded as downtown Ann Arbor.
Great vibes all around, quality product that is a bit on the higher end for cream, but also is worth it to me to support a company that has such solid values, uses quality and thoughtfully-sourced ingredients and puts their money where their mouth is and I would like to continue to a support a company that advocates for people like me.
They have so many truly delicious flavors and I highly recommend. The location is good, with some indoor seating which even at peak times I manage to find a spot. Solid central location with parking structures nearby.

Love Ben & Jerry's and what they stand for. Visited for the first time with family over the holiday. The workers were so nice and the ice cream was good, but I do wish they had more than 3 non-dairy flavors available.

had the most liquidiest milkshake of my life. could tell it was gonna be liquidy just by how it looked being made in the blender. it just tasted like milk cant believe I spent 8$ on this. love the ben & jerries icecream tho. 2/5 milkshake

I came in with a few friend last night and the service was quick, friendly, and super personable! The two girls working (Maren and Brynne) were lovely and made conversation with me and my friends. The place was super clean, organized, and had tons of flavors (Almost too many to choose from) and plenty of seating as well! Great experience and would totally go again!

Shift manager went over and beyond yesterday. We received a Partial uber order and the manager called us before we even got the order to report that he would be delivering this himself.

Also we purchase ice cream almost weekly from uber eats with B+J. our order is ALWAYS correct and receive fresh ice cream and nice portions. we love ben and jerrys in A2.
