We enjoyed the smoothies. Staff were not rude, but pre-occupied with orders and not quite personable and as welcoming. I see this is a thing across the board.

Great food, very fresh ingredients, and interesting choices. I was very impressed as I gave them feedback about an order where something was missing and the owner responded back by phone and made it right. Rarely do you get such great customer service nowadays. I will continue to eat here/take out often.

I had the mango tango smoothie, wayy too expensive, on top of that not a good smoothie at all. Only good thing about this business is the atmosphere. So if you come here to meet with friends bring your own drinks/food please.

Acai Bowl = Delicious
Acai bowls here are amazingly delicious!! My 6 yr old and I split one for a late lunch snack. It was the perfect size and we both loved every bite

This review is very overdue, but I went in about almost a month ago when the manager Aaron was working. I had a gift card that wasn’t working likely because there was tape over the barcode to have it register. It was difficult to get off, and Aaron comped my smoothie! It was completely unexpected and he assured me that if I can get the tape off of my gift card that I’ll be able to use it the next time I come in. This act of kindness really genuinely made my week, and I so appreciate his generosity, his customer service, and for coming to a resolution quickly. I’ll definitely keep coming back, especially because the smoothie he made was delicious!

Came in two days ago before work to grab a quick lunch, thinking it would be similar to a tropical smoothie. Waited 5 minutes before any of the workers acknowledged me should have been my sign to walk out because it wasn’t until some man came in and asked for something did they think to take my order. I work in the service industry, it’s really not that hard to ask if someone’s ready to place an order.Moving past that the prices are insane even for Ann Arbor. I decided to just get a chicken caesar wrap as I didn’t have much time to go else where and thought it wouldn’t take long to prepare. Worse $12 I ever spent. Got horrible, horrible food poisoning and it is from this place as it was the only thing I ate that day. Imagine trying to work with food poisoning. I had to call off the next day as it was still so bad. My guess is they didn’t clean the vegetables properly or they have some sort of contamination problem. Not only that the wrap was 98% lettuce with less than 5 diced up pieces of chicken and it was TINY, seriously $12??? I’d never go back.

My favorite location and the food and smoothies always taste so fresh! I have gotten into the habit of getting a Chicken caesar wrap and smoothie from here when I'm in the area. The wrap is my all time favorite wrap from a to-go/healthy "fast food" place. It is so flavorful and I love the caesar dressing they use. At this location they always pack the wrap FULL compared to other locations in the area, so I like to go here. The order ahead option on their mobile app is so convenient, because I just walk in and it's waiting for me! Beyond is my favorite healthy and fast meal option!
