Servers were nice. Food was okay but not fantastic. For $22 I don’t agree that I should have to pay extra to get pasta with my eggplant parmigiana. Brick oven pizza did not seem hot enough as pizza was sort of soft.

Ughhhh... so good, so fresh, cooked perfectly, just wish the water they served wasn't tap. Great service, don't wait to long to get the food, spacious and packed with people! Will finely go again when I'm in the area!

We come here occasionally and always have really good food and great service. For those who need/want it, there are lots of optiona for vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free as well.

We recently visited Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina and had a good experience. We tried the pepperoni pizzas and the Spaghettis and meatballs. All of the dishes were delicious. The service was also good, making for an overall great dining experience.

Visited for the first time, to celebrate sons birthday. Will not be returning. Pizza was soggy in the middle, burnt on the edges. Service very lacking, server seemed distracted. Have had much better pizza at less expensive establishments. It's a shame, because we were excited to be trying this pizza restaurant for the first time, but ended up with a poor dining experience instead.

Tasty pizza with a nice crust. The homemade sauces with the wings were quite good. The patio doors are interestingly super tall

Had the Campanelle Alfredo and paid an extra $7 to add chicken. The pasta was a little rubbery like it was overcooked. The chicken looked and tasted bland like it was processed rather than fresh off the chicken breast. The acoustics in the regular dining room are horrible. It's extremely noisy and difficult to have a conversation without yelling at one another. My wife and I had to ask the host and server to repeat what they were saying a couple of times because we couldn't hear them. Probably won't go back soon.

Parking: In an outdoor mall so you compete with several stores for a limited number of spots. Very difficult in/out of parking lot on Washtenaw Ave. at rush hour.

Great food, great drinks, great table service but terrible hospitality. I met a group of friends for dinner and between the 5 of us, we ran up a very high tab only to be asked to leave about an hour and half into our night. We hadn’t even finished our second drink. The hosts have no qualms about kicking you out of your table for another reservation. I wouldn’t recommend dining here if you want to enjoy your time.
