Drink was one that I find to be my; to-go-to drink from Bigby and that's Butter Bear. Ordinarily, the balance between the coffee and creme are in harmony, for this particular visit, my drink was different. I did not like it.

Spent over a half hour to get my order. Numerous other people came in after me and got their orders before mine. I had to go up multiple times to ask what the delay was with no explanation given and also still did not receive my order. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I ordered a bragel and they cooked the ham and cheese first (which is totally fine) but they forgot about my bagel so by the time it was toasted my ham/cheese was cold. Also one of the girls handled my bagel with one hand un-gloved (she had previously been wiping down the counter with a rag when a coffee spilled). when I politely explained why and asked for a new bagel since it had been touched by a potentially dirty hand, one of the girls behind the counter caught an attitude because I took her away from a task she was doing. I even apologized and when my bagel was done she tossed it on the counter towards me and was just overall not very friendly and seemed uncalled for.

Another BIGGYYBY location. Same quality as any of the brand locations, staff are polite and professional. The only downside here is the location of this tiny strip mall. Parking, entry, and exit are very weird. During busy hours, it is a very inconvenient place to enter / exit due to its close proximity to a busy intersection. Very limited parking.
