I came in for a Door dash pickup they didn't have it ready i showed them the order. It was one coffee, they served 3 ppl as i waited 15 mins , then when i noticed they served a couple before me and i already had been there, i said something and all 3 act like they didnt know what i was there for. The atmosphere was bad when i worked in, racist will never go away.

Went in today for coffee. The staff was wonderful and the coffee was very good. Unlike other larger coffee shops they retain the comfortable place to actually sit and enjoy your coffee.

Drink was one that I find to be my; to-go-to drink from Bigby and that's Butter Bear. Ordinarily, the balance between the coffee and creme are in harmony, for this particular visit, my drink was different. I did not like it.
Vegetarian options: Bigby has good selections and great options; from delicious coffee, tea, and cooler drinks to amazing sandwiches and bagels. Way+yo-go Bigby. Send Butter Bear a big fat kiss from me ..

Spent over a half hour to get my order. Numerous other people came in after me and got their orders before mine. I had to go up multiple times to ask what the delay was with no explanation given and also still did not receive my order. Absolutely unacceptable service.
