Coffee is decent. A couple of the staff clearly try extremely hard, and should be rewarded for their efforts. The blender drives me crazy though. I have never seen a commercial blender out right next to a sitting area, that is so loud it literally stops everyone from being able to speak. Like come on, put it in the back at least. Also why do coffee shops only have one awful bathroom? You're literally there to drink fluids. Using the bathroom is a huge part of that process.

I just had the most pleasant interaction with Rachel and Artemis! They were extremely friendly and attentive, made my coffees very quickly, and were smiling and happy the whole time I was there. I always have great experiences at the Platt Road Biggby. Kudos to you both, and keep up the good work!

My mom and I are regulars at this location, and everyone here is amazing every time! Every employee is so nice, and they are always so friendly! They remember us when we come in, and we always look forward to coming here! They always make drinks correctly and each drink so so good each time, and they even put them in our cups we bring from home for us! Would absolutely recommend this location, as it is our go-to! :-)

I don’t think there’s anything I need to say besides this picture here. If a specific flavor of anything is ordered, why would something COMPLETELY different be given ? I’d rather my order be cancelled than supplemented with something else like this if the item originally ordered is unavailable.

What kind of place does not accept cash? I came on for coffee drink and only had s 50 dollar bill on me. Was refused service because they don't take anything over a twenty. What a terrible business practice. Other Biggby's have always accommodated me. Will actively tell people to stay away from this one. Ridiculous.

Go to place for coffee and breakfast when we're short on time. Usually quick, their biggest flaw is not retaining workers which, I get, we're in between a couple college towns, so it feels like they always have new people. The staff that does stick around know us as regulars and we feel like we get treated as such, which is a good thing.
