New staff is terrible. I like to go every couple days, and the last 4-5 visits my bagel sandwich has been made wrong. I place a mobile order and when I go to pick it up they are all standing there and don’t even start making it until I tell them I have a mobile order. The staff all have an attitude, and it’s not how I want to start my morning.

I had an awful experience at this Biggby Coffee location. The drinks taste like straight-up soap — not even drinkable. The owner is incredibly rude and dismissive, and it’s clear the workers are completely overworked. You can see them running around trying to do everything while the management just stands there. The food service was slow and disorganized, and the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable rather than friendly or cozy. Definitely not worth stopping here — I won’t be coming back.

Me and my boyfriend love the staff. The mom, dad and daughter are always so nice. The daughter always remembers our order, the mom always personally walks our bagels over to us. Aside from the family they seem to find good staff as well. Everyone’s so kind. As a general manager at restaurant near by I know it’s very difficult to find a good team. But they make it look easy. 10/10 recommend this location.

Great and friendly staff. The manager, or owner, (I’m not sure) seemed not too happy to be there. He was a little snippy with me for no reason. But the young staff were so nice and coffee was great!

It’s in a small shack but don’t let that fool you.

The flavor here is very good.

I was unsure of a flavor so they let me try it! Talk about service. I also dropped my coffee outside and they replaced that.

I liked my drink, I thought it was sweet and I really like the cold brew options. It wasn’t like a Starbucks where there’s only 2 choices.

I live rural, but I come into town to shop. Biggby is my last stop, and my favorite! Beside the great coffee, your staff is great. This store has the old school neighborhood cafe vibe that your staff has created! Thanks!

I unfortunately visited this biggby today and ordered a hot latte and about 5 minutes later before my coffee was able to be made, the power went out which was 100% not the fault of anyone at Biggby. They offered to make me a different type of coffee because they weren’t going to be able to make the latte with no power, I told them I didn’t want another option just the coffee I ordered or a refund. I paid with a card and I understand with no power they couldn’t refund the card but I asked for the refund in cash then which she told me she wasn’t able to do. She told me all she could do was write my name down and I could come get a coffee another time for free which is fair however I don’t live or work nearby we were just in the area today. So I walked out with no coffee and I’m out $6 with no refund.

The young lady who takes orders in the morning has a horrible and dry attitude. I usually come in to patronize this store 2-3 times a week. She has never greeted me with a simple “Hello!” or “Good morning!” People like to be greeted with at least a smile. She gives nothing and if she doesn’t hear your order, she replies with a rude and dry “What?” If she isn’t a people person, especially early in the morning, perhaps she should just make drinks or do something else, that doesn’t involve her interacting with customers who spend their hard-earned money at this store. Her mood is always the same and it’s terrible!

The attitude of the girl working the cash register, which is the person you see when you walk in and the first person you interact with, was awful. She just stood there scowling. I ordered a simple drink (cold brew with a little room so I can add cream myself). She rang it in wrong, and the drink was made wrong as a result. I went back to the cash register frustrated, and ordered another drink the exact same way I had the first time. She didn't do anything to figure out what was going on or why, and I didn't feel the need to explain the obvious. The second drink was made correctly. I threw the first one out before I left. I've never seen in there working that hasn't been friendly or hospitable so her attitude and disposition were a sad surprise.

Responding to the Owner: I ordered a cold brew the first time also, and asked that there be room left for just light cream. The drink that was made was a cold brew with what looked to be the equivalent of about 3 or 4 creams. I walked right back to the register and ordered the same drink again, and the second time it was rung in properly/made properly.
