I come here at least once a year, and it’s hands-down my favorite dining experience. Cooking your own steak on a sizzling volcanic rock never gets old—it’s interactive, fun, and the flavor is unbeatable. The prices are incredible for the amount of food you get, and their French onion soup is an absolute must-try. Honestly, everything I’ve ever ordered has been delicious. I have been thinking the stone-cooked steak at Black Rock's Ann Arbor, MI location for 3 months. On my return trip for work, I had to give this a go and it DID NOT disappoint. Absolute perfection of the steak, potato, and even the salad.

Great restaurant, large but with nooks for conversation, comfortable booths. , very attentive staff , very nice operation, with seating up to 345 , excellent bar in set up and style , my only complaint was the bath room was rank evan with the air freshener firing every minute it could not mask the vial decomposing fish smell in the men's bathroom. Other than that the place gets 5 stars cus I cant give them 6
