Best vegan and vegetarian option. Chicken items also we enjoyed. Ethiopian eating style enjoyed for the first time. Eating from a communal platter of injera (a flatbread) is central to their food culture. Varieties of option available for deserts.
Vegetarian feast for 2 (which is also vegan) is sooo good, especially if you're really hungry because everything is replenishable. Food is fresh and served hot. The two types of lentils served on the platter were on a medium level of spicy but the rest of the sides were not spicy at all. The 2 guys from Nepal were the best servers we had in all 3 days of visiting the Detroit area and eating out for every meal. Don't sleep on the Ethiopian tea, especially if you're...
This is a really amazing Ethiopian restaurant! They have an all you can eat vegetarian feast served over injera and you can add extra meat dishes. The vegetarian dishes are varied, satisfying, and delicious on their own. The meat dishes are really amazingly spiced. I really liked the teff injera which had more of a sour flavor than the regular wheat injera. The staff are also really friendly making for an amazing dining experience.
