Rude , service is terrible, to many of them forget, ask for a refill it takes 15 mins and by the time they remember it’s time to go and you’re all done.

Ate with my bff here. Service seemed to go downhill because they were ready to go or preoccupied in joking/playing around with one another. Other than service being mediocre and still tipping food was great. Well the pizza. Crispy crunchy crust

Terrible place, they just want the $$, came in for lunch and brought apples with me bartender says it’s against code violation to eat apples inside(mind you she never took the order she just randomly came up to table) , cause it’s outside food, look Ann Arbor’s codes up and there’s not a single one, they just say it’s rude and up to the owner, I’d appreciate not being lied to, I know you’d love me to spend $20 on one burger but I was eating my apples than food. :) don’t go here money grab , there’s plenty of other better places around (some within a 4 min walk lol).

The Atmosphere and the vibe get a 5* but for the service they get a 1* seeing we were given the menu and then set there for 25min and was never asked what we wanted to drink or eat as for the food 1* because we never got to try it but I can say I wished I cud have because the food menu was looking pretty good and the drink menu was fire ???? one of the best I have seen but again did not get to try because after 25 minutes we just got up and left and went to the pizza ? house and was taking care of right away food was good as was the drinks $310 with tip. (( sorry maybe next time Brown ? jug but just know your last on our new avatar of restaurant in Ann arbor))

Good service great guy at the door for security on Friday August 30th. Me my brother and best friend came up from Pittsburgh for the game against Fresno state. The place was awesome it is a must go to if you are in Ann Arbor and especially a Wolverine life long fan. Thank you for make a good pre game night a great pre game night. Who ever was the security guy I didn't get your name dam glad to have met you we will be back. GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. The pizza was great, and the selection is very interesting, in a good way. I was nervous at first as I always am with restaurants that have a large selection of dishes, but you would think that each item on the menu is their specialty with how good it was. Loved the atmosphere, too.

Bouncer bent my state issue ID causing a crease and when I complained he told me to call the police. He then threatens to fight me and when I took him up on his offer he backed away in fear. Not only unprofessional but unsafe for all. Bouncers provide no sense of protection outside of harassing 21 year olds.

I've only left one bad review ever and now this is the second one. There were 7 people in our party. I ordered a gluten-free pizza; once everyone else in our party had their food served to them, I was told they ran out of the gluten-free pizza crust. They offered me something made with a gluten-free wrap. I asked for the toppings that were going to be on my pizza to be put in the wrap and was told, "No problem." Several minutes later I was then told, "The cook said he can't do that." Everyone in our party was done eating so we asked for the bill. A regular pizza that was ordered was charged for the GF pizza price. When we asked for a price adjustment to be made, our bill came back with gratuity automatically added to it. We were told parties of 6 or more had auto-gratuity added on. We gave a cash tip and asked for the balance to be added to a credit card we gave with the bill. When that 3rd bill came back the total was even higher. Our bill went from $153. to $176. and then to $183. After looking it over we noticed each menu item along with the auto-gratuity had gone up in price. On our way out, the bartender asked how things were to which someone replied, "Not the best, we won't be back." He asked if there was anything he could do to make it right. We discussed what happened with him. He was kind and willing to discuss the matter. Then, a small, young girl came out from the back and in a very snarky tone said, "There's a 4% charge for using a card. It says it on the bottom of your receipt if you would look at it." We got the receipt out and showed her it was not on there. Her reply was, "That's normal everywhere even if it's not on the receipt." We inquired why the gratuity went up in price by paying the tip in cash. She stated, "prices are going up everywhere." "In the hour we were here?" we asked. She started raising her voice and accused us of not tipping our server. We reminded her we gave him a $30. cash tip. She said the menu stated auto-gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more. We asked to see a menu. When she brought one to us, it stated parties of 8 or more. She became irate and said, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I stated we were offered that things would be made right and her response was, "I didn't say things would be made right." She forceably opened the till and gave us the $30. tip we left for our server. This little girl first accused us of not wanting to tip our server; which we already had done, only to take that same tip away from her employee.
Common courtesy, decency, honesty, transparency, and respect are just a few of the things you will NOT find at this establishment. We will not return.
